Description
A very special limited edition collaborative Bacchus/STR design, only 6 pieces were made.
Although this bass is from the Bacchus Craft range, it features elements of the premium STR bass guitars and is, as with all Bacchus Craft instruments, totally hand made.
The body is centre-matched Mango wood, with a striking translucent red finish. The premium features include a brass STR X419 bridge; STR JJ pickups for a more balanced and “true” tone; and an Aguilar OBP-2 preamp, which again gives a very accurate tone, with a little added fatness.
The superb tone and playability is accompanied by striking features including neck binding and aluminium controls.
The SCD-WL4-1509 comes with a STR deluxe gig bag, which has veneer wood reinforcement.
