Description
The Seventy Seven Hawk Standard is hand crafted by a master luthier in Japan, using only traditional tools and techniques, the finest select tonewoods, and premium components.
The Hawk Standard is a full hollowbody, featuring a maple body, which at 45mm thickness has all the tonal qualities of a hollowbody, but the comfort and balance of a 335 style guitar. The neck is African mahogany, and the fretboard Indian rosewood.
The pickups are Alnico II magnets at vintage style output of 8k in the neck and 8.6k in the bridge, offering a sweet, rich, open sound that gives a nice bite and singing quality with overdrive.
Also featuring a floating bridge, GOTOH hardwear, bone nut, and CTS pots.
